Everything went very well on Saturday - although the rain could have held off ... You guys were great! The staff who delivered the food were very helpful, answered all my questions and others questions..very polite, very thorough... made sure we were set and comfortable before they left. The food was great! The mac and cheese was a big hit with the young kids and the older college kids! We had plenty of food, so much that a bbq was held the next day for the "out of towners"!

Thank you for helping me arrange this from long distance. I was nervous, but it went very well! Would use you guys again if give the chance!

We initially chose Joseph’s as the caterer for our wedding because of our budget and the varied menu -- what a great choice! The planning process went so smoothly, everything was incredibly customizable. The dinner was delicious, and everything looked and tasted so fresh –something that which is hard to get from a catered buffet.
