Doug has a long history of being both a chef and a back of the house manager in the food industry.  With over 20 years of experience, Doug has held key kitchen management positions in national organizations and prominent hotel restaurants within the Twin Cities area.  His attention to food quality and kitchen management skills assures that every client receives a fine dining experience each and every time.

With a love for presentation, Robin has been “wowing” Joseph Catering’s clients for more than 10 years. Her talent and presentation skills are reflected on every platter she prepares for our customers.

Wolfgang has been an executive chef for both private, exclusive clubs and well-known restaurants in the Twin Cities area.  His creativity has allowed him to develop many unique and tantalizing recipes.  His 20 plus years of experience encompasses a wide variety of cuisines, including European, Asian, French and Mediterranean.  Wolfgang’s abilities provide continued excellent cuisine for both small and large events, including events in excess of 500 people.

Deb comes to Joseph Catering with an unmatched background in event planning. With over 25 years of experience, she has planned a variety of events ranging from small group gatherings to exclusive weddings and large corporate functions.  She works with clients to understand their overall vision, often adding suggestions, ideas and choices which ensure every detail is executed flawlessly from beginning to end.
