We initially chose Joseph’s as the caterer for our wedding because of our budget and the varied menu -- what a great choice!  The planning process went so smoothly, everything was incredibly customizable. The dinner was delicious, and everything looked and tasted so fresh –something that which is hard to get from a catered buffet.  We got so many compliments on the food from our guests, I’m still hearing about it weeks later.  The day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.  Thank you for being a great part of our big day, we really couldn’t be happier with your company.
